About us: Rooted In Her was born out of one of the most difficult moments in my life-the loss of my sister. That experience revealed how important it is for women to have support, guidance, and a safe space during times of grief, uncertainty, and transition.

Rooted In Her was established in her memory to uplift and empower women, guiding them to rebuild, reconnect with their true selves, and discover strength even in life’s most challenging moments.
